can I see all of the Distributors you represent? |

unprotected pages are meant to be a sampling of the Suppliers, Wholesalers, and
Distributors we represent. Upon request, we can provide you with a comprehensive
list of our Distributor Catalog. Either use our Contact Form or call us directly. |

Is
there a Fee to sign up? |

No,
there are no signup or monthly fees. All Retailers and Distributors are required
to fill out an application where we outline the terms. To be considered for a
Merchant Partner, you must have a Sales Tax # in your state. |

I
sell on eBay. Do your Distributors Drop-Ship? |
|
| A |
Some
do and some do not. Each Distributor is an independent company and operates differently.
Note however, that our Suppliers sell wholesale to retailers and merchants. Most
have minimum orders and products are expected to be purchased up front. |

say there is no fee to join. Is that really true? |

Yes,
absolutely. We operate the same way that the sales reps you may be now using.
Just as you would not pay a sales rep who walks in your store to show you catalogs
and products, so we do not charge you to view the Distributors we represent. |

How
about after I join. Are there any monthly fees or do I have to make a minimum
purchase a month? |

No
to both questions. Sales Rep Online is not a 'club' or a membership site. We are
simply offering an online alternative to purchasing products that you would have
been buying through your locals sales reps or at trade shows. We are constantly
adding new Distributors and Wholesalers, giving you an ever growing number of
places you can purchase from. Also, we represent many Artists whose only outlet
for products were Fairs and other larger county events. |

If
I join, how do I go about looking around or shopping? |

Once
your Applications has been approved, you will receive a logon to our Partners
area which will have a list of all of the Distributors we currently represent.
Each Distributor will have a bio, including the types of products they offer,
their minimum order, their payment options, return policies, shipping schedules,
etc. You can then select any store in our catalog and see the products. Most will
have pictures along with a description, your cost, the minimum order, if any.
If you'd like to purchase products from that Distributor, you will simply add
the items and quantities to an online order form and submit it.
We, in
turn will receive your order, review it for accuracy and contact the Distributor
with your order.

When
can I shop? |

Since
our entire catalog is online, as long as you have an Internet connection, you
can browse the inventory and place an order anytime at all. If you do place an
order, we will still review it manually before placing the order with the Distributor.

Is
there a fee to join? |

Absolutely
not. Although Sales Rep Online will actively promote and market your products
across the country, we act as your Sales Rep and are compensated based on our
sales using the industry standard commission. |

I
make my own products so I'm essentially a distributor. Can I sign up so you can
market my products? |
|
| A |
We
do have a number of criteria that each Distributor must meet. Two of the critical
ones are that you have to be able to fulfill potentially large quantity of orders
in a timely manner and you are required to ship the products yourself. You must
also have the ability to set up and manage accounts for the Merchants that may
purchase from you. Many Distributors use any combination of COD, Credit Cards,
Net30, and Checks. You must have delivery schedules, return policies and procedures
in place. Since we are going to represent and market your products, we need to
make sure that you have a Distribution network in place. |
